Our People - Team Trilogy Communications App
The new Our People app is the ultimate team communication platform with messaging, file sharing, surveys & real-time analytics. This offers Trilogy multiple ways in which to engage, manage, support, and train all team members. Our People is used by recognised brands including Virgin Active, Gym Box, Serco, the NHS and many more.
Team members will receive a text from Our People on or around the 16 May. The text will contain a link and a magic word (password) for you to be able to download and join the app.
The new Team Trilogy app has been introduced to improve internal communication. The reasons behind its introduction are underpinned by our core values and behaviours and supports our key strategic priorities.
Trilogy has a diverse workforce including permanent and casual staff as well as volunteers and this new app will enable effective communication across the whole team. By encouraging the use of a communications app on individuals’ phones it will provide everyone with a quick, instant, and easy way of communicating.
The app allows the management of shift cover all in one place. Team members will be grouped into teams to ensure we do not flood everyone with shift cover messages, the messages will be sent only to the relevant Teams.
The Team Trilogy app will replace all existing WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger type groups which are currently used to manage shift cover.
Over the next few weeks prior to the launch, you will continue to receive further detailed information on the new App and the launch. However, if you have any questions please speak directly to you line manager.
