Duty Manager - Level 3 Apprentice
We are recruiting for an Apprentice Leisure Duty Manager to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active.
The role of a Leisure Duty Manager is to manage the effective day to day ‘front line’ operation of our leisure facilities. These centres will vary in size and the services available such as swimming pools, multi-functional sports halls, gyms, fitness studios, children’s active play sites, and health suites.
It is the responsibility of the Leisure Duty Manager to ensure the facility is prepared for use in accordance with the planned activity programme and that all areas are maintained to the highest possible standards of safety, cleanliness, security, and operational effectiveness.
This apprenticeship will develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in a range of areas, including:
o Business support
o Leisure facility management
o Front line people management
o Customer service
o Legal and compliance
o Financial responsibility
Apprenticeship Duration - 15 months learning - 18 months including the end point assessment.
L3 Qualification also includes.

Leisure Team Member- Level 2 Apprentice
We are recruiting for an Apprentice Leisure Team Member to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking, and friendly team at Trilogy Active.
The key role of a Leisure Team Member is to support, enhance and deliver the day-to-day operations and services of a leisure / fitness facility.
Working as part of a team, it is the responsibility of the leisure team member to undertake a range of operational duties such as assisting with the opening and closing of the facility, undertaking routine maintenance of equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the environment. Alongside these operational functions they ensure programmed activities and services are available for customers. They act as a Lifeguard, Swimming Teacher, Gym Instructor and Group Activity Leader. In a typical working day, they may perform all of these roles in one shift, for example: open or close the facility, welcome customers, deliver a gym induction, run a group exercise session, teach a swimming lesson, clean the facility, walk the gym floor, prepare the sports hall for a sports activity (for example badminton) and deliver the session.
Apprenticeship Duration - 17 months learning - 20 months including the end point assessment.

Duty Manager
We are recruiting a Full Time Duty Manager to work as part of our already enthusiastic, hardworking and friendly team at Trilogy Active.
You’ll be responsible for the daily supervision of the site, programme of activities, staffing rota’s, orders, maintaining the required standards of health & safety, cleaning & security.
You will need to hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or be able to achieve) and ideally a Pool Plant Operators Qualification, but qualifications can be obtained inhouse.

Recreation Assistants (Lifeguards)

Part Time Cook
We are currently recruiting highly motivated, skilled and professional cooks to join our expanding team at Berzerk Children’s Soft Play Centre in Northampton. You will be responsible for the daily preparation and delivery of food and drinks, ensuring excellent standards of quality, hygiene and service delivery are met.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in a commercial setting and will need to be able to work under pressure, either alone or as part of a wider team, in a busy kitchen environment, preparing food, serving customers whilst keeping the environment safe and clean. Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification would be advantageous.
Hours of work cover daytimes, evenings and weekends, including Bank Holidays.

General Assistant

Street Sports Activator
Are you passionate about sport and working with young people?
Street Sports sessions are fun, informal sports clubs that operate in the community, for the
community. They provide an exciting and varied sports offer to disadvantaged young people,
improving motivation and encouraging them to develop long-term sporting habits.
Sessions run Monday to Friday, at various locations across Northampton, every evening 5.30pm-7.30pm.
We are looking to recruit a team of enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated, Street Sports Activators to deliver and facilitate our wide ranging, award-winning Street Sports program.
If you have experience of working with children and young people age 8-18 years, ideally in a sports capacity, then we want to hear from you. Whilst it would be ideal for you to hold a recognised Sports Coaching Qualification, we are able to provide all of the necessary training, including a recognised Multi Skills Activator Course, if you supply the commitment, passion and enthusiasm!

Gymnastics Coach Assistant Gymnastics Coach
Are you looking to join a fun and rewarding recreational gymnastics team with excellent support, rewards and rates of pay?
Then look no further! We’re looking to recruit a team of enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated gymnastics coaches and assistant gymnastics coaches that are able to plan and deliver high quality lessons and courses for children and young people within our leisure facilities. The Trilogy Gymnastics and Trampolining Academy is more popular than ever with sessions being delivered across 3 sites and catering for 300+ participants a week, 48 weeks of the year.
What you need to show us:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude towards work and our customers
- A willingness to undertake a DBS check
Gymnastics Coaches should:
- Hold a current British Gymnastics Level 2 Coaching qualification (general/artistic)
- Be able to plan and deliver high quality lessons
- Support and mentor Assistant Gymnastics Coaches
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Be responsible for ensuring that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health and safety of yourself and others
Assistant Gymnastics Coaches should:
- Hold a current British Gymnastics Level 1 Coaching qualification (general/artistic)
- Be able to support the delivery of high quality lessons
- Deal with customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Be responsible for ensuring that reasonable care is taken at all times for the health and safety of yourself and others
