Badminton and Table Tennis Available at Duston Sports Centre
Badminton courts and tables are available to hire in blocks of 55 minutes for both members and non members.
Trilogy Active LIFE and Junior Active members can book one off peak court/table per day included in your membership up to 8 days in advance. Non members can book 5 days in advance.
Equipment is not available to hire, please bring your own racket and balls.

Junior Active Membership
We offer lots of exciting activities for juniors aged 0-15 years and you can enjoy them all for just £32.50 per month + £15 Joining Fee.
As well as our year round weekly swimming lessons, gymnastics academy or football academy, Junior Active membership also includes after school activities, activities for under 5s, school holiday activities, off peak racket sports, gym use for those aged 11+, FREE entry to Berzerk Active Play Northampton for under 10s, Monday-Friday during term time plus discounts on Trilogy Holiday Playscheme and children's parties!
Please note no refund will be offered for the change or removal of any part of an existing service to those on a monthly Junior Active membership as a wide range of other activities are available.
Swimming Lessons
We deliver swimming lessons at The Duston School Pool, Cripps Recreation Centre and Weston Favell School Pool from age 4+ through to adults.
Football Academy
Trilogy Football Academy provides high quality football coaching sessions for boys and girls of all levels aged 5-12, at our football centre of excellence Duston Sports Centre. All sessions are delivered by FA qualified and experienced coaches from Northampton Town Football in the Community Trust.
Junior Active 11+ Gym Use
Our friendly gym team at Duston Sports Centre will create a tailored exercise programme for you during your gym activation. Junior Active members aged 11-13 can attend the gym with a parent or guardian at each gym visit who is a Trilogy Active member.
Junior Active 11-13 Years

Can attend the gym independently following a gym activation
General Terms and Conditions of Use
All Junior Active members must have a linked adult member who is their parent, legal guardian or other person who has been registered with us as someone who may bring the junior member into the club and take responsibility for them (their “Guardian”).
The Guardian must be a current Trilogy member or ‘pay as you go’ who has received a Trilogy gym activation.
To access the Junior Active Gym times, they must have a current Junior Active membership.
Junior members under the age of 11 are not permitted to use the gym floor
Junior members over the age of 11 may use certain equipment on the gym floor provided they take part in the relevant activation for their age and they only use the equipment covered in their activation and permitted for their age grouping.
Junior members must listen and comply with any instructions from the fitness team.
Junior Active members aged 11-13 are not permitted to use the following equipment, doing so may result in being asked to leave;

Resistance Machines
Olympic Weights
Junior Active members, aged 14-15 years, are required to undergo an additional activation to selected resistance machines and free weights if the instructor assessed the junior to be capable.

Our exciting range of activities for under 5s runs throughout the year and we offer both weekly lessons/clubs and individual sessions.
All activities are FREE to Junior Active members, £4.99 with a leisure card or £5.99 for non members.
Soccer Cubz
Under 5s sports sessions in football are, specifically designed and developed for children aged 18 months to 5 years by early years and playwork professionals, in partnership with qualified sports coaches. These sessions are designed to encourage young children's physical development and gently introduce new skills in a fun, friendly, pressure free environment.
Sporty Cubz
A multi-skill sessions including games, parachute fun and more!
Mini Ballerz
A fun and friendly basketball and ball skills session designed especially for under 5s! Packed with simple games, mini challenges, and movement activities, it’s the perfect way for little ones to build confidence and coordination with a ball in hand.
18 months to 3 years - must be walking and parent participation is mandatory.
3 to 5 years - parent participation is encouraged.

Pre School Gymnastics
Fun based early years gymnastics course incorporating soft play with movement to action songs and circle time giving parents and children the chance to work towards the Trilogy Proficiency Awards Scheme. Sessions are for children aged 2-3 years (Pre School 1) and 3 to 5 years (Pre School 2), children must accompanied by parents for both sessions.
This course forms part of the Trilogy Gymnastics Academy and can be accessed through our Junior Active membership.
Don't forget, Junior Active members under 10 get FREE entry to Berzerk Active Play, Monday-Friday during term time. We have a dedicated under 4s area and under 5s active play sessions take place at Berzerk every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during term time.

Trilogy Gymnastics Academy is available at our gymnastics centre of excellence at Duston Sports Centre.
We have a carefully structured range of recreational and development groups led by our DBS checked and experienced coaches.
After School Activities
Our after school activity sessions are for 4-13 year olds.

Please note all of our after school sessions are term time only and children must have started reception year at school in order to participate.

Holiday Playscheme

Trilogy Holiday Playscheme will be delivered at Duston Sports Centre 30 March - 2 April and 7-10 April this Easter Holiday. Booking is available NOW! Our playscheme is available as individual days or 4 day week, full prices and dates can be found below.
The Trilogy Holiday Playscheme is our fully supervised holiday playscheme. The aim of the playscheme is to provide the best quality care, play & sport opportunities for your child aged 5* - 13 years. We are open during every school holiday, including Christmas, between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Our playscheme at Duston Sports Centre is OFSTED registered.
*Children aged 5 must have started Year 1 at school
HAF spaces are also available this Easter holiday and can be booked through the Eecu platform HERE. A cold packed lunch with a sandwich selection will be supplied to all children on the HAF scheme.

Important Booking Information
All you need to know about how to make your booking
To make a booking simply call our contact centre team on 03330 439 900. Over Easter we are taking bookings for Duston Sports Centre.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis and we can't reserve places.
It is parents and carers responsibility to ensure that all details on children's admission forms are kept up to date.
If you wish to discuss any of your child's medical conditions, prior to attending our playscheme please call our contact centre and request to speak with the Health and Wellbeing Development Team.
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your child’s place on the Trilogy Holiday Playscheme, you will receive a refund only if your cancellation request is on the day of booking (refunded using your original payment method). All other requests must be submitted in writing and will be considered on an individual basis. Full fees are payable in the cases of non-attendance for example, absence due to sickness.
Late Collection Fees: All children must be collected by 5.30pm. A late fee of £5 per child for every 15 additional minutes will be imposed if you are late collecting your child outside of the hours booked, payable immediately. It is imperative that you are on time to collect your child. Our Uncollected Child Policy will be actioned immediately for any children still in our care after 5.30pm.

Mobile phones and internet enabled devises are not permitted at any Trilogy Holiday Playscheme. Staff cannot take any responsibility for personal belongings brought into the schemes from home.
Payment Options
We accept most major childcare voucher companies across the schemes. Paying for childcare using childcare vouchers saves many parents £1,000s a year. These vouchers available via a special Government scheme and operated through employers allow you to pay for childcare from your pre-tax salary.
We now also accept payments through the government's new tax free childcare scheme.
If we are not currently registered with your childcare voucher company please speak with a member of the booking team at your time of booking and we will organise this for you. Please can we remind all parents who are currently using childcare vouchers to pay for their childcare, that they include their child’s name and the Trilogy Holiday Playscheme site (Duston) as their reference.
