TRILOGY FEBRUARY HALF TERM ACTIVITIES
We're excited to be delivering a programme of sports activities this February half term. Activities are free to Junior Active members and can be booked 8 days in advance.
Don't forget Kids Screens are on at The Forum Cinema and Berzerk is also open with a discounted entry fee for Junior Active members under 10.
Trilogy Holiday Playscheme is also running at Duston Sports Centre throughout half term to help with your childcare needs. February Half Term Special Offer - 30% discount on our usual playscheme prices with day rates starting from as little as £15!
Sports Sessions
Keep the kids active with our sports sessions this Christmas Holiday. Sessions can be booked online or in person at Duston Sports Centre 8 days in advance.
All activities are FREE to Junior Active members, £5.50 per session for Leisure Card Holders and £6.75 per session for non members.

Basketball
Shoot some hoops, with lots of skills and drills
Dance
In this fun and upbeat dance session, children will learn a routine to a popular pop song, building confidence and dance skills along the way. At the end of the session, they’ll have the chance to perform their routine for friends and family
Dodgeball
Have fun ducking, dipping, diving and dodging
Football
Come try our football academy with fun drills and games for all budding footballers. Indoor and outdoor sessions available.

A fun-packed session offering a variety of sports and games to keep everyone active and entertained! From football and basketball to dodgeball, athletics, cricket and team challenges, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Try our junior exercise circuits in a fun and safe environment
Gymnastics
Come and try our gymnastics academy and learn the basics in these fun filled sessions
Rollerskating
Music, lights, wheels - come and enjoy the fun for the whole family!
Bring your own skates or hire available for £1.50
Booking Conditions
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the centre whilst lessons are taking place
Booking is available 8 days in advance and payment is required at time of booking
24 hour cancellation notice is required for Junior Active members, otherwise a charge will be incurred
Useful Information
We ask that participants arrive just 5 minutes before the start of their session.
Changing rooms are open, but we recommend children arrive ready to play or swim.
The CoffeeBox at Duston is open for parents wanting to wait on site
Swim Camps - only one accompanying adult is permitted per child. If your child is under 8 you must stay on site.
Don’t forget to enter your vehicle registration details at reception if you are attending a session at Lings Forum or Mounts Baths to avoid a parking charge.
If you are attending a swim camp at Cripps Recreation Centre you can park anywhere in the hospital grounds and pay 60p at the machine inside Cripps. Alternatively we have a small car park on the Bedford Road which is free to members. Please ensure you enter your vehicle registration details in the iPAD in the central hub to avoid a parking charge.
