You can view our fitness class timetables online or click to print. To print the full week simply click All.
Ensure that you are in good health prior to taking part in any classes. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please consult a medical practitioner before exercising.
If you are a beginner or returning to fitness, start with the warm up and first round followed by a cool down. Increase the time you participate in the class as your fitness improves.
Make sure that you have enough space to take part in the exercise required.
Always have water with you throughout the class.
Always exercise in the appropriate sportswear.
Always train within your limits, if at any point you need to stop to have a rest, please do so and then continue when you are ready.
If at any point you start to feel dizzy, sick or ill in any way please stop, monitor the feeling and take appropriate actions. Always follow the instructions given to you by the instructors, if you have any questions you can comment after the class or contact us on via the messaging function

Aero circuits is a fun and energetic combination class of tone, aerobic outbreaks and short sharp on the spot Tabata exercise. A great all over body workout 14+
Aqua Aerobics - Shallow
Full body water workout, guaranteed to work your body to its limit! This is not your typical aqua class, so come along if you are prepared to work hard. Suitable for all fitness levels, water confidence needed 14+

The ultimate bums, legs and tummy workout. Great workout for all fitness levels 14+
BODYCOMBAT™
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master 16+

Suspended full body water workout while wearing a flotation belt. Guaranteed to work your body to its limit! This is not your typical aqua class, so come along if you are prepared to work hard. Suitable for all fitness levels but you must be able to swim as in deep water 14+

This class focuses on working your abs, legs and bottom, and mixes cardio exercises to burn those calories with strength training. You’ll be alternating between a range of lunges, squats, stretches and crunches, and each different exercise will focus on targeted muscles for a balanced workout 14+
BODYATTACK™
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats 16+

The perfect class for beginners as no previous experience is required 14+
