JOIN US FOR NATIONAL FITNESS DAY - 20 SEPTEMBER 2023 

This year the theme for National Fitness Day is 'Your Health is for Life', encouraging people of all ages, abilities and background to recognise and celebrate the life-long physical and mental benefits of being active. 
 
More than a quarter of the population in England is classed as inactive – averaging less than 30 minutes of exercise a week – according to Sport England’s latest Active Lives survey. So, this year, we want to shift the focus. While bringing people together through physical activity on National Fitness Day has a hugely positive impact, we’re encouraging you to view this day as just one step in a much bigger journey. Because after all, your health is for life.

GYM CHALLENGE 

Win Your Membership FREE For A Month! 
 
Take part in our Gym Challenge on National Fitness Day for the chance to win a month's FREE membership!  
 
Record the number of minutes of exercise you complete in our gyms on the day. All centres will compete against each other to record the most minutes of exercise completed.  
Our gym teams will be on hand to record your minutes and everyone taking part will go in the draw to win their membership free for a month.

10@10 

kids across the country are being encouraged to take part in 10@10 – simply do 10 minutes of physical activity at 10:00 AM on National Fitness Day. For those of you with under 5's come along to our 9-10.30am Soft Zone Session at Duston Sports Centre and join our coaches for 10 minutes of Fun Fitness at 10am!
