Northampton Wellbeing Walks

Join us for a Wellbeing Walk - we look forward to welcoming you!

Wellbeing Walks are free, fun, leisurely walks designed for people that currently do little or no exercise. No specialist equipment is required and anyone can turn up on the day. Although there is no special equipment required, it is advisable for participants to wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions.  Northampton's Wellbeing Walks are coordinated and supported by West Northamptonshire Council.   Please note that this is an organised activity, recognised by a governing body and delivered by trained Wellbeing Walk Leaders.
