Aqua Aerobics - Shallow
Full body water workout, guaranteed to work your body to its limit! This is not your typical aqua class, so come along if you are prepared to work hard. Suitable for all fitness levels, water confidence needed 14+
Aqua Aerobics - Deep
Suspended full body water workout while wearing a flotation belt. Guaranteed to work your body to its limit! This is not your typical aqua class, so come along if you are prepared to work hard. Suitable for all fitness levels but you must be able to swim as in deep water 14+
BLT
The ultimate bums, legs and tummy workout. Great workout for all fitness levels 14+
BODYCOMBAT™ - Les Mills
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master 16+
Body Conditioning
An intense toning class targeting all major muscle groups for all levels of ability 14+
Boxercise/Punch Fit
A group workout incorporating boxing techniques, kick, punches, attack and defence combined with aerobic style moves 14+
Dance Fit
Party yourself into shape with this easy to follow, calorie-burning dance fit class! 14+
Fit Aqua
Non-weight-bearing class uses the resistance of the water and special pool weights to tone the body. Non-swimmers welcome. 14+
Indoor Cycling/Spin/Spin Express
An instructor led, cardio-vascular workout that burns fat fast! 14+
Jog Aqua
With the help of a buoyancy belt Jog Aqua helps build cardio fitness. Jog Aqua uses the resistance of the water whilst jogging and is a brilliant non-weight-bearing workout. Recommended for knee injuries. This class involves going into deep water. 14+
Line Dancing
A choregraphed type of country and western dancing in which a group people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or two lines or rows. Suitable for all levels. 14+
SPRINT™ - Les Mills
30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) indoor cycling workout designed for fast, high-intensity results with low impact on joints. It combines short bursts of maximum effort with periods of rest to build muscle and burn fat. 16+
Virtual Indoor Cycling

Barre Fitness
A unique fusion of ballet. Pilates and body conditioning delivering a workout that sculpts, tones and strengthens. Using small, controlled movements and isometric holds, this class targets key muscle groups - especially legs, glutes and core to improve posture, flexibility, and endurance. Set to up lifting music. Barre is low impact but highly effective making it ideal for all fitness levels. 14+

A motivating blend of Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates. If you haven’t tried yoga before then BODYBALANCE is a great introduction. If you’re already doing some form of yoga you’ll love the variety you get with BODYBALANCE™. 16+

Wellness Back Care
Gentle activations to warm up and prepare the body. A grounding Earth Sequence to gently tone the body and bring a sense of calm and tranquillity. An Energy Block Release sequence to help release tension and encourage energy flow. Gentle body preps followed by a series of movements specific to back care and wellbeing. A Deep Relaxation to harness the benefits of the movements and energy generated though the session. 16+

Yoga - Gentle

GRIT™ - Les Mills
30 minute LES MILLS GRIT™ workout puts your metabolism into overdrive and generates accelerated changes in body composition. Sessions can feature functional speed and agility training moves, and you’ll do sets of weighted squats, lunges, deadrows, and clean and presses too. Suitable for those who already have a fitness base. 16+
HIIT
The ultimate fat burn class alternating between short bursts of intense exercise and brief rest periods. Exercises vary using bodyweight, cardio and weights. 16+

Soul Strength
A creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises, all set to crazy fun music. 14+
Stretch & Relax
Stretch and Relax class gives you a chance to unwind and replenish your energy, designed to release tension from the body. This class includes holding poses for several minutes to help to stretch the body and calm the nervous system so you leave the class feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to take on the days ahead. The perfect class for beginners as no previous experience is required 14+
Strength Based Circuits
Build power, endurance and lean muscle in this high energy circuit training class focused on functional strength. Move through a series of stations targeting major muscle groups using weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Each circuit is designed to challenge your strength, improve overall fitness and boost metabolism. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered. come ready to lift, sweat, and get stronger! 16+
